“Bottom line: If you follow the treatment plan, do your stretches, and follow the doctor’s instructions, you will improve. I’ve been going to Core Health since 2024, and the entire team has been outstanding. When I first came in, I had been dealing with left hip pain for over a year. Through physical therapy, spinal decompression, and chiropractic adjustments, I made a full recovery in less than a year. I still come in occasionally for maintenance. Priscilla was encouraging, patient, and supportive throughout my recovery, even on the tougher therapy days. Jessica at the front desk is always so kind and welcoming, and my daughter loves chatting with her whenever she comes with me. The atmosphere is friendly, the staff genuinely cares about their patients, and most importantly, the treatment is effective. Doctor Bala has seen me through a very serious wreck involving a semi truck, and a light pole, followed by a helicopter ride, and he was my primary physician. He combines alignment of the body with core strengthening to retain the adjustment. Instead of being weakened by an extended period of immobility, he gave me an exercise program I could do in spite of my limitations, until I was finally able to overcome all of my broken bones, and soft tissue damage! They address the whole package, without neglecting even my smallest symptoms! The staff is excellently skilled, professional, friendly, and helpful. If you have serious physical issues, this is the place to go!”

“I love going to Core Health. After my 2nd accident, I was really concerned regarding my back, and the state it was in. On Day 1, I was able to get X-Rays taken, and review them with the Doctor same appointment which I have never experienced before. This really helped me to see what was going on, and understand how I was looking. Following that, physical therapy has been great, all the ladies there are super nice, and no waiting in the waiting room. You check in, and if you remember starting basics you can get started. I like this approach cause as a working person, I already dont have alot of time. However, coming in, getting what I need to make sure my body is good, and then head out it really helpful. Plus, the “Eastend?” Machine really provides a some amount of time to get a small massage, and mental breakaway. I recommend Core Health of Katy!!! They are great!”
