Your New Patient Special ($47) includes a one-on-one consultation with Dr. Bala, a complete chiropractic exam (including X-rays, if needed), and your personalized care plan. We review everything with you before any treatment begins.
What should I bring to my first visit?+
Bring a photo ID and wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Arrive a few minutes early to complete your new patient paperwork.
How long is the first appointment?+

Does a chiropractic adjustment hurt?+
For most people, no. Adjustments are gentle and many patients feel relief right away. You may hear a soft "pop" as pressure releases from a joint — that's normal and not painful. We tailor every technique to your comfort and explain what we're doing first.
Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor?+
You can request an appointment with us directly, by phone at (281) 358-8585 or through our online appointment request form. If you are unsure whether your health plan asks for a referral, check with your plan before your first visit.
Is chiropractic care safe?+
Yes. Chiropractic is a widely recognized, conservative, drug-free approach for many musculoskeletal conditions. After your exam we'll flag anything outside our scope and refer you to the right provider when that's the better path.
