My wife and I have both been getting adjusted at Core Health and they have been amazing. My wife threw out her back and I had to help her in and out of chiropractic care and therapy. She is in love with the decompression table. She was barely upright when she went in and after being adjusted and the decompression table and E-stim, she was able to walk out by herself. Everyone there is wonderful and they really know what they’re doing. I would recommend Core Health to everyone I know. We will never miss an appointment!

Bottom line: If you follow the treatment plan, do your stretches, and follow the doctor’s instructions, you will improve.
I’ve been going to Core Health since 2024, and the entire team has been outstanding. When I first came in, I had been dealing with left hip pain for over a year. Through physical therapy, spinal decompression, and chiropractic adjustments, I made a full recovery in less than a year. I still come in occasionally for maintenance.
Priscilla was encouraging, patient, and supportive throughout my recovery, even on the tougher therapy days. Jessica at the front desk is always so kind and welcoming, and my daughter loves chatting with her whenever she comes with me.
The atmosphere is friendly, the staff genuinely cares about their patients, and most importantly, the treatment is effective. I highly recommend Core Health to anyone looking for a team that truly wants to help you feel better.

Dr. Bala and his team at Core Health Katy Chiropractic are super friendly and very professional. What I figured would have ultimately require a surgical procedure on my lower back, Dr. Bala was able to diagnose and alleviate with an in-office treatment plan, followed by monthly check-ins. Glad I booked the appointment! I have been a patient now for nearly a decade.
The doctor and staff are all so kind. Dr Bala really takes time to listen to my concerns and I appreciate the detailed explanation he gave as he compared my x-rays. His team adjusts my therapy sessions based on my feedback. They all really work well together, from Jessica helping me arrange my schedule to Priscilla and Melanie walking me through the therapy sessions (wish I could remember everyone else’s names lol).
