Dr. Bala is a trusted chiropractor with over 24 years of experience helping patients find lasting, non-invasive pain relief. A proud veteran, he served in the Air Force Reserves from 1997 to 2002 before moving into private practice, where he treated patients in Illinois from 2003 to 2011. Today he brings that experience to Core Health Katy, the chiropractic and physical rehabilitation clinic he founded in Katy, Texas. He treats a wide range of conditions, including headaches, neck and back pain, sciatica, whiplash, joint pain, and complex disc problems.

At Core Health Katy, Dr. Bala’s philosophy centers on personalized, patient-focused care. He believes real healing means looking beyond the surface: taking the time to thoroughly assess each patient and building a customized treatment plan that targets the root cause of their pain. By blending precise chiropractic adjustments with physical rehabilitation, he helps patients restore natural function, reduce pain, and reclaim their quality of life.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Bala is a devoted family man, happily married with four children, who enjoys the outdoors, especially fishing and hiking.
